Shipment
How long is the estimated delivery time for my order?
All our items are ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped to Germany.
Each package is insured and trackable. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Which shipping service providers do you use?
We ship all orders with DHL.

Is it possible to initiate a return for my purchase?
Returns are accepted if necessary. Please note that all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in new, unused condition with original packaging and labels. Please fill out our cancellation form and then place it in your parcel. Please send the parcel to the address provided on the form. After receiving your return in our warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for the return process to be completed.
